Leadership Development that changes how your team actually works

Most leadership courses end with a certificate and a binder nobody opens. We run programmes that alter daily behaviour, because that is where performance lives. Based in Wales, working with organisations across the UK since 2017.

What we deliver

Programmes shaped around your actual problems

We do not sell a single off-the-shelf course. Each engagement starts with a diagnostic conversation, and the programme that follows reflects what we find. These are the four formats we use most often.

Manager leading a focused boardroom discussion

First-time manager intensive

A six-week programme for people who have just been promoted into their first management role. Covers delegation, difficult conversations, and the shift from doing to directing. Groups of eight, with two individual coaching sessions included.

Senior leaders in corridor conversation

Senior leadership alignment

For leadership teams of three to twelve who need to stop pulling in different directions. Runs over twelve weeks. We use 360-degree feedback, team diagnostics, and facilitated strategy sessions to rebuild shared priorities.

Coaching session notes being taken

One-to-one executive coaching

Six or twelve sessions, fortnightly, for a single leader facing a specific challenge: a restructure, a board presentation, a culture shift they need to drive. Confidential, direct, and structured around measurable outcomes.

Mixed team engaged in a group leadership activity

Frontline leadership programme

Designed for supervisors and team leads who manage shift workers, warehouse staff, or field teams. Eight half-day sessions delivered on-site. Practical exercises they can use the same afternoon. No jargon, no theory slides.

How it works

From first call to lasting change

1

Diagnostic call (30 minutes, free)

We listen. You describe what is going wrong, what you have tried, and what good would look like. No pitch deck, no slides. Just questions and honest answers.

2

Discovery and design (1–2 weeks)

We interview key stakeholders, review any existing survey data, and draft a programme outline. You see a written proposal with timelines, costs, and the specific behavioural shifts we are targeting.

3

Delivery (6–16 weeks)

Workshops, coaching sessions, and applied tasks happen on a rhythm that fits your operations. We adjust content between sessions based on what participants bring back from the workplace.

4

Measurement and handover

At the close of the programme we run a second round of diagnostics and present a comparison report. You keep all materials, frameworks, and facilitator guides so the work continues without us.

Common questions

Things people ask before they commit

It depends on group size, duration, and whether we include individual coaching. A six-week first-time manager intensive for eight people typically costs between £6,000 and £9,000. A twelve-week senior alignment programme with 360 feedback runs £14,000 to £22,000. We quote after the diagnostic call, and the price is fixed once agreed.
Yes. About 40% of our work is delivered via video call, particularly the coaching and shorter workshops. Longer programmes work best with at least two in-person days, but we have run fully remote engagements for distributed teams with good results.
Two-day courses give people ideas. Our programmes give them practice. Between each session, participants apply a specific technique with their real team and report back. The facilitator adjusts the next session based on what worked and what did not. Behaviour change takes repetition, feedback, and accountability over weeks.
We prefer it. Your internal team knows the culture, the politics, and the history. We bring structure, external perspective, and facilitation skills. The handover at the end is designed so your team can sustain the work without ongoing fees.
Public sector, logistics, tech, manufacturing, and professional services make up most of our client list. The leadership challenges across these sectors are more similar than people expect. The specific language and examples change; the underlying dynamics rarely do.
